Hey guys! Happy humpday!! How’s your morning going??

Work was a lot of fun last night – we were BUSY!- and I didn’t get to take too many pics.

I did have to snap one of the raw brownies Kelly and I made:

001

They’re soooo chocolately and foodgasmic. We serve them with marshmallow creme and caramel sauce. Pretty sure that’s my idea of heaven ;)

For dinner, I had a meal that’s actually on the menu instead of my usual (delicious) bowl o’ kelp noodles.

Raw macro:

002  Sauerkraut, kale salad, carrots and tofu. A-freaking-mazing. Mayjah props to Ulu, who made my dinner last night :D

I ended up making a little bowl of noodles, too, just because I just love them so much

003

I came back to the hotel-casa, talked to my pilot about future business endeavors(!!!!) and crashed out.

This morning, Michelle and I hit up the ghetto gym for a cardio sesh since it looked like a potential downpour outside.

Here’s what I did:

0:00-5:00 4.0mph 2.0% incline
5:00-15:00 6.0mph 2.0% incline
15:00-20:00 4.0mph Start at 5.0% incline and increase by 1% every minute
20:00-30:00 6.0mph for 1 min; 7.8%mph for 20 seconds (repeat for 5 min) 2.0%
30:00-35:00 4.0mph Start at 5.0% and increase incline by 2% every minute –I ended up having to take speed down a little (3.8)
35:00-50:00 6.5mph 2.0%
50:00-55:00 4.0mph 2.0%

Glorious :D

Now I’m back at the hotel-casa getting ready, off to school, straight to work, and then it’s bloggy meet-up time. I see a cocktail (or two…) in my future:D

Have a happy humpday!

xoxo,

G$

And woo-hoo they rock my world and I just blogged about some I made 2 days ago but I would lovvvve to see how you guys are doing it at the academy and your recipe and tips and tricks!!! Cuz OMG those look heavenly!!! I just use dates, cocoa powder, agave, and vanilla, and blend blend blend in the vitamix. But I so wanna learn other methods and recipes. In the meantime, enjoy those !
