		<description>This workout was AMAZING -- I got such a better workout than I would have slogging along running for that amount of time, and it was so much more fun. (It also got me to just get moving, instead of standing around dawdling trying to figure out what I should do next). Wondering if you&#039;ll do more, or if you&#039;ll do some updates on how to make it harder etc? (For example, is it better to ramp up the speed or ramp up the inclines or a little of both??) Thanks again!</description>
