This is a quickie since I’ve got a few appointments before I pack up and we hit the road to Orlando, but I thought I’d post a little video for ya’ll.
This video is how to make an egg puff. It’s super easy, but sometimes it’s more helpful to see how something’s done rather than just reading about it.

I’ve been eating these for breakfast the past week or so. My endurance at the gym is definitely more noticeable than it was with a greek yogurt breakfast. They are so fast! and you’re just so cute!

re: the misto – is yours a different brand, or is it in fact a misto? and have you had any problems with it? i went to buy one and saw a lot of negative reviews on amazon saying it was junk after a month. wondered if you had a good one? thank you!!!!
i think it’s a misto- it’s from williams sonoma if that helps! i’ve had no probs with it

Thank you for this post.. I see it has been up for awhile but I just came across it. When I got home from the gym today I was thinking I wish there was an easy and fast way to make egg whites. I did not feel like getting out my pan and cooking them. This is perfect.

Such a great idea, i made a layer of the egg puff, with bacon, red and green pepper, onion, mushroom and another layer of the egg, mmmm
