Hey hey hey :D How’s your day been?? Hope you’ve had a wonderful Saturday!
Since you’ve probably seen all of the Summit hubbub today, I’ll skip to some of the other things that went down

Like shopping and exploring with Gena:

Gena

and Zumba-ing my face off with Diana and a group of lovely bloggies.

zumba

I do have to show ya’ll one of the highlights of the Summit:

salad

Lunch :D

They had an awesome spread of salad and veggies (along with sandwiches, fruit and other tasty delights), so I happily loaded my plate.

Total salad domination, 2010.

Since we didn’t really feel like attending the weights or yoga sesh (and I knew I’d be teaching Zumba later), Gena and I left during those presentations to get some fresh air.

chicao

We tasted some famous caramel corn, saw a cute puppy

dog

(I miss Bella and VS! And my pilot love, of course)

and posed with a giant eyeball.

After the day of Summit-ting, a group of us went to a nearby gym for Zumba, which Diana and I team taught.

Thank you SO much to everyone who came out to Zumba! <3 [I’ll post the names here when I get URLs for all the Zumba peeps]

We’re off to feast on Indian food :D

See you soooooon!

Zumba looks like so much fun. I’m dealing with a awful case of Plantar fasciitis, but when that is better I am so trying Zumba!

I’m glad to see a different post! As much as I love reading blogs, I was getting tired of reading the same thing over and over.

There is NOTHING BETTER than getting fresh air, real air, and getting outta that surreal feeling of hotel & presentations when you’re at a convention. I call it the Vegan Hotel Phenomenon. You just need to GET OUT and get away from it all for a few hours, totally! I would have loved to explore w/ you two and show you my old haunts and stomping grounds!

And I saw your macs being gobbled up already ’round the sphere. You were so thoughtful to bring those for everyone :) Nothing like traveling light. LOL

HAVE FUN!!!!

I have been spoiled for life now, for two reasons:

1) most amazing zumba class ever! So so so fun- the group, the setting, the music, and the booty shakin!!!

2) the macaroons. I finally know what it means to have my face ROCKED!! Looking forward to the day I can buy your macs by the boat load and share the wealth with my friends & fam :)
