    Happy new year!!!!

Every time I go into the Lulu here in Phx I am constantly inspired just by being in the presence of the employees. Sounds funny but those people in there are pretty special and nothing is better than being in the presence of good spirited people <3 I come out of that place feeling refreshed and ready to concur all my fitness feats 🙂 Love those lemons 🙂

I have so many wonderful 2010 memories, but I think my favorites are the simple ones, like yoga on my cabin porch in the summer, sharing a healthy dinner with friends, beach vacation sunsets, sledding with my niece and nephews. I feel so lucky to look forward to more travel and time with family and friends in 2011.
