Friday Faves

Obwall

Hi guys! Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend? I’m having an amazing time here at the IDEA conference, and already feel inspired in many ways. It’s a magical thing to be surrounded by those who love fitness as much as you do, especially when this is magnified by the ability to learn from the best in the business. IDEA has a new element this year: BlogFest! We’ve had some fantastic panels about working with brands, blog design, and later today, I’ll be speaking on a panel with my friends Katy, Julie and Monica. I’ll be sure to do a full recap of all of the sessions I attended (and the adventures).

  19. I love your new site layout, Gina! And it sounds like you’re having a blast. Our IDEA-equivalent up here in Canada is called Can Fit Pro, and it happened last weekend. It’s very similar in that there are great speakers from all over the world, workout sessions, and Les Mills Day for LMI instructors. (One of the best parts if you ask me!) I’ve gone every summer for the last 6 years but didn’t this time because I already have another exciting trip booked for next weekend and wanted to save myself some cash. At the time of making this decision I was fine with it, but seeing photos from my friends really REALLY made me wish I was there! I’m looking forward to reading your recap, and good luck in your panel discussion!
