2016 Holiday Gift Guide: for the kiddos

Hi friends! Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend! I’m popping in to say hi and share the last gift guide for the year. The kids’ gift guide is definitely the most fun -and kids are so darn easy to shop for- so that’s why I saved it for last.

More gift guides from this year:

For moms and expecting mamas

For your fitness-loving friend

For your BFF

For the guys

For the holiday hostess

While I know some of you may have finished holiday shopping, I always tend to pick up a few last-minute items and stocking stuffers. Here are some ideas if you’re shopping for your kiddo, niece, nephew, little cousin, or friend this holiday season.

My girls LOVE the little people. I didn’t realize they had “Disney” Little People!!!! This list is full of good ideas.

Adding to the “something to read”… Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls. “A book that inspires girls with the stories of 100 great women, from Elizabeth I to Serena Williams.” I ordered 3 copies for all the girls in my life. Although, you won’t get it before Christmas if you order now (I ordered on Dec. 10th and it’s still 1 day away in transit). https://www.rebelgirls.co/

(I have no affiliation with the book, just sharing)

We have the Kidcraft dollhouse and it is definitely one of the most used toys in our house! And the best part is the baby will be able to play with it as well as she gets older.

This is a really fantastic list. For this Christmas, I’ve actually already bought a similar camera for my 8-year old and the Rody horse for my 2-year old. For balance bikes, I highly recommend the Yvolution Y Velo Twista, though its more a 1.5 – 3 yr bike. My 20 month old can do this & happily thinks she one of the big kids. For the dollhouse, my girls love the Fisher Price Loving family series. I think we have all.the.pieces.

For the older kids (8+), LEGOs are definitely a good place to go. I’d also recommend anything that promotes outdoor adventure type play. My 8-year old loves flashlights, walkie talkies, NERF guns etc.
