"Build Up Your Blog"

Friends tell each other what aided their success, mistakes they’ve made along the way, and tips they’ve learned. I’m a strong believer that there’s room for everyone at the top. I would love to share some of the things I’ve learned from blogging over the past six years and what helped my little blog grow and flourish. I also hope to continue to grow my blog, and am always thankful when those who have been successful are willing to share their own tips with me.
Whether you’re a newbie blogger or a veteran who’s been blogging for a while, I hope you learn some advice and strategies that will help you with creative content, monetizing, partnerships, and making the most out of your blog.

I have been reading Gina's blog The Fitnessista for about 5 years and have been thinking about starting my own fitness and lifestyle blog for the last 2 years. What struck me so profoundly came through in the first few pages of her eBook Build up your Blog. "Who am I to give advice?", she says. "A friend."

And that is when it hit me. She does feel like a friend. Her blog really does touch lives. It is about so much more than recipes and fitness. Through her posts I feel like I do have a friend, albeit one that I have never met. I celebrate her successes and cheer her on from behind my computer screen.

What her eBook has to teach is about so much more than which blogging platform is best, setting up content calendars, managing brand partnerships, and tips and best practices for success. It has all of that of course, and is provided in the kind of down to earth style I would expect from a friend, but offers so much more. She really helps you understand how you too can touch lives and express yourself and share your passion through a blog.

I highly recommend this book. There is a lot of fantastic information. I've always wondered how the Affiliate programs worked and Gina explained it all thoroughly including the pros and cons.  I also really enjoyed the tips that were given for keeping track of your expenses and how to propose and prepare a media packet.

My boyfriend bought me a website to start blogging last Christmas because he knows how much I love reading yours and I have been so intimidated to even start, but with your eBook I feel so much more confident and excited about starting my own blog! I will be using your eBook as my blogging bible!! All of your tips and tricks are awesome and so useful! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
