I actually have a question
what is a typical day eating for you, if you were trying to loose weight?
I eat small meals every 3 hours, but would love to get of meat. I have gone vegan in the past for about a month, felt great, but was always hungry and felt like all i ate was carbs. (rice, millet, greens etc). Could you email me typical week of what you would do to loose weight and do it vegan/raw?
I love your blog and would soooo appriciate it!!
Thanks,
Lana
hey lana,
i actually don’t know what a typical day of eats would be for me trying to lose weight, on a raw vegan diet since i’ve never done it. i’ve been in maintenance mode for about 4 years and when i was trying to lose weight (before that) i still ate meat.
wish i could be more help!
thanks for reading my little blog
Hey Gina
I can’t seem to read the raw food reviews for some reason (I can’t use the tab properly) – but I was wondering if you could write something about maca, mesquite and lucuma some time? I recently bought all 3 from WF and am happy to experiment but would hate to miss out on something obvious! I’d love to hear from you about recipes/uses but also benefits, and your opinion on the flavours of each and what they mix with best.
Thanks, Nic
hey girl,
check out the post “reader’s request: pantry essentials” – it has info for maca and mesquite there
Thanks
