My favorite post was Summer Shape Up 2012 (I’m counting the whole series as one post.). It’s what turned me from an occasional Fitnessista reader into a die hard, everyday, cry when I miss a post reader. Haha! It also helped me get back on board with my training. I had been slacking for several months and having a 4 weeks goal/guideline really helped me. And the workouts kicked my butt!! I am super excited about Winter Shape Up and hope it will jump start my goal of dropping the 10 pounds that I “picked up” during 2012.

I loved your early Livi days posts Gina! And I’m totally going to check out the ‘new’ old breakfast cookie. I have been re-photographing a lot of recipes on my blog and while the old photos were hideous, isn’t it nice to see how far we’ve come?! 🙂 Happy new year to you, Livi and the Pilot!

  14. Amelia on December 31, 2012 at 3:32 pm

I completed the 12days of Christmas workout last night, except I did the entire thing through twice after a proper warm up, then followed it up with 3 rounds of 25kettlebell swings, 25 push ups, 25 pull ups. I then garnished the whole workout with your ab burner. Holy moly, it was insanity! 🙂

My favorite post was the one I just did today…

I’d love to see some juicing recipes this year and maybe a post on how you’ve changed emotionally/mentally since becoming a mom. I also always love play list suggestions!

Your breakfast cookie cereal changed my life. Seriously. I was so skeptical….then I made it. And ate it. And loved it. Repeat, repeat, repeat!

For 2013….I’d like to see more meal ideas. I always get in a food rut and eat the same things over and over.

    Happy New Year!
