Hello, I stunbled across your protein pancake recipe as I search online quite often for gluten and sulphite free recipies which means “from scratch”, that’s not too complicated nor to plain ‘ol plain etc. Mostly anything HOMEMADE AND NATURAL W/ FRESH INGREDIENTS. Your eggplant entree looks awesome! Any tips on what types of protien powders work best w/ cooking, ie pancakes, protein bars and such, soy or whey protein powder? Looking forward to more of your creations.
