I am not one to go to the gym but I do enjoy classes that push and motivate me. I am currently doing bootcamp twice a week, but I know that it is not enough. Which home DVD would you recommend? Physique 57&#039;s DVDs? Aside from the DVDs how do you feel about Crossfit?
