Hey, Gina,

Love, love, love your blog! You seem to go to Florida frequently and I wanted to set you up with an offer to try a gym in the Tallahassee if you’re interested. I’ve been a spinning instructor for – 5 years (a little while now!) and this gym carries bikes with lateral movement, called RealRyders (http://www.realryder.com/html/intro/). I’m teaching in Santa Monica at RealRyder’s HQ and the first real west coast studio is set to open this fall (woo-hoo!).

Would love to have your opinion – it’s a killer workout with the core stabilization and balance requirements! Here’s the info for the gym:

http://www.sweattherapyfitness.com
Sweat Therapy Fitness Studio
Midtown Tallahassee
313 Williams, Suite 9
Tallahassee, FL 32303
850.766.6457

Let me know if you’re interested in checking it out!

I started a site…mmm…2 years ago and with a crazy work schedule/traveling to see my boy I was never consistent in writing.

Life is a little more settled now (boy and I and dog are all in one place – hooray!) and I’m trying to be consistent once again. Would love to be on your blog roll if there’s room – check it out when you have time (you seem very busy, too!). I would love to add you on a blog-roll once I set it all up… one step at a time!

Keep up the stellar work on the blog – you’re adorable! I’m rooting for you to have your own raw restaurant one day soon!

cheers!

hi i use the zumba online clips and was wondering if when you do it are you supposed to keep your stomach in or let it loose like in belly dancing. maybe you could give me some tips of the proper form of doing it. they don’t have zumba in my country. but i like it – i hope it helps me lose my stomach fat. (ugh)
i really like your site and blog. thanks a lot…………

hey oz,
i *try* to keep my abs tight the entire time (it’s easy to get distracted and forget!) unless we’re bellydancing. it’s an excellent form of cardio for sure :)

Happened to find your blog from another follower on Twitter. Glad I did. Great stuff. Quite a blog roll you have here. I’d love to join the crowd and return the favor.

I’ve been reading your blog since we met in Orlando. It’s great to see another military wife working in the fitness field. You help motivate me more. Thanks!
