Friday Faves

Hi friends! Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful week. It’s been a good one over here. Both kids were at school, at the same time, for two whole days, so I’m calling it a huge win. Liv is so happy to see her teachers and friends again! There’s word on the street that we’ll be switching from hybrid to full-time later this month, so I’m crossing my fingers.

Exciting news: we’re finishing filming for Barre Bootcamp 2.0 this weekend! I’ve been wanting to make another Barre Bootcamp for two years now, but with everything going on, I had to keep postponing it. Well, it’s finally on the way and I CAN’T WAIT to share these workouts with you! (We also have some fun surprises that we’ve added to the program.) Mark your calendars for April 12! Next week, I’ll also share the details for a fun and free educational program I’m doing leading up to Barre Bootcamp.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. As always, I love hearing about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below!

House:

This is one of my fave candles right now! They’re poured here in AZ and made with essential oils, a cotton wick, and 100% soy. They smell beautiful, too.

This plant corner on the back patio makes my heart so happy. We have lots of succulents and wildflowers, some herbs and a giant aloe plant. The veggie garden beds are crushing it right now, too. Onions, carrots, broccoli, beets, tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, Swiss chard, romaine, arugula, and kale are all growing like crazy!

I’m living it up until the summer sun comes along to scorch everything. (If you have ideas on how to protect them in the desert heat, please send them my way! I tried a mesh tarp situation last year and it didn’t end up staying on very well.)

Wellness + fitness:

Equilibria is doing a gift with purchase for my friends out there! If you place an order over $60, you’ll get a Dynamic Roller for freeeeeee. (First-time orders and this is only good for the next 24 hours!) Stack this promo with my code FITNESSISTA for 15% off. The free Dynamic Roller is expertly crafted with 75mg of full-spectrum, premium CBD to relieve pressure points, regulate mood and ease topical discomfort. It works similarly to the relief cream for topical aches and pains and I’ve heard that many women have found it to be successful with migraines.

The calming roller smells absolutely lovely and has lavender, bergamot, and rosewood to soothe and relax.

Calming Roller Ingredients: Activated full-spectrum hemp flower oil CBD concentrate, coconut oil, lavender, bergamot, rosewood.

Check it out here! Use the code FITNESSISTA for 15% off and enjoy the free roller with any purchase over $60.

Beauty + fashion:

We had such a fun team call last night! I asked my friend Michele if she’d mind doing a makeup tutorial for all of us using Beautycounter products. It was such a blast and I definitely learned some new tips and tricks. I look forward to our team calls each month; it’s such a great way to catch up and share ideas. If you’re interested in joining us, click here or send me an email. We’d love to have ya.

I’m already starting to get excited about spring dresses and think maybe I’ll start transitioning back to non-athletic clothes at some point?! A girl can dream, right?

I got this super cute dress from Old Navy a couple of weeks ago, and recently found some other summer daytime dresses: this one (I’ve worn it a ton already with my low top sneakers), this one, and this one.

Read, watch, listen, eat:

If you haven’t tried this chocolate bar yet, you’ve gotta do it. (Found at Whole Foods.) Added one to a care package for a friend!

How to organize digital clutter. I need to do ALL of these things.

Books to balance female hormones.

Next time you need to focus, try listening to some binaural beats.

Coconut banana chia pudding.

This one always makes me laugh:

Happy Friday, friends! Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

xo
