Goat Cheese Repertoire

Heyyyyyy 😀 Happy almost-Friday! How’s your morning going?

Mine has been bueno so far! Lot’s of to-dos, but I’m ready to ninja kick them 😉

I  still managed to have a taste of Indian Food Wednesday yesterday:

curry

An omelet with 1 egg, 2 egg whites, steamed organic broccoli topped with curry sauce.

omelet

It was GLORIOUS (and really made me wish we had some roti in the house), but the kicker was the cheese that changed my life:

SLICED goat cheese. I had never seen such a thing! In Trader Joe’s, my mom walked up to me holding the above pack of cheese and said “Don’t you want this?” Do I want it? Is the pope Catholic? Trader Joe’s has dramatically increased my goat cheese repertoire and for that I am forever grateful. First goat brie, goat cheese medallions, and now sliced goat cheese. Oh my 🙂

I also snacked on an amazeball before bed 😉

This morning, I just finished my daily green juice (cucumber, romaine, green apple and lemon) and am trying to decide what I want for b-fast.

It’s one of those days where cold and hot oats sound meh, eggs are out because I had that for dinner last night, guess it’s time to get creative 😉

I hope you have an amazing day and I’ll see ya laterrrrrr <3

I did your workout this morning because i needed something to get me out of bed (tired of the normal gym routine)…and i have to say, i was huffin’ and puffin’ after the cardio part. Actually, I couldn’t even finish a full minute on a few of them – i need to get in better shape:)
    Thanks so much!!!!

Alright, so, I really need to know how you don’t dominate entire batches of your sweet creations. I generally avoid having sweets in the house, because I know it leads to me “just one more”ing myself into a sugar coma.

Do you have tips (a post?) or is it something simple?

by sweet you mean cookies and things like that? i enjoy my dough, eat one or two and give the rest away.

This weekend I saw Goat Cheese in a tube?!?!?! I was all sorts of scared of it, and didn’t try it… it just doesn’t seem natural, but I also do not make cheese, so I might just not understand! I still think I’d be reticent to try goat cheese in sliced form though!

I’m thinking about doing a detox, but I also am weary of the stigma detox’s have as being scams.
