Livi-isms

Liv with chocoltae bunny

“I am a human. But I am a princess.”

Liv: “I want a godmother.”

Me: “You have a godmother, silly. Auntie Meg is your godmother!”

Liv: “But why doesn’t she have wings?”

Liv: “I just love to nap every day.”

Me: “Me too. Naps are the best! “

Liv: “They’re just really very beautiful.”

Me [talking to Siri]: “Call Hottie.”

Liv: “Who is Hottie? Is that your friend?”

Me: “No, that’s Daddy!”

Liv: “Why do you call him Hottie? That’s a potty word.”

Liv: “I feel like a potato.”

Me: “You want to eat a potato?”

Liv: “No, I just feel like one.”

Love the Livi-isms posts! She comes out with such cute things – and the lovely thing is you will have a record of all of them. I never did that when my kids were small and as a result I’ve forgotten most of the funny things they said.

OMG I love these posts. Thank you for sharing these. My son is currently 19 months and I’m looking forward to these moments with him. He has many words and currently he calls me daddy ;0) He knows I’m mommy as I was the first word he learnt, I just roll with it and remind him that I’m mommy…hehe
