No Problem

Hi guys 😀 HAPPY FRIDAY! What are ya’ll up to this weekend??

Your comments on last night’s post were awesome as usual- I love reading about different eating styles. How we choose to fuel ourselves is a very personal decision and we gotta do what works best for us 🙂

Yesterday was fueled with a smoothie (and an uploading blog post, yummm)

smoothie

 Lots of fruit

grapes

Lots of veg

buffet

CRAB LEGS and the glorious wheaty bread with sundried tomato pesto

And a dessert plate shared with my pilot love.

dessert

(I had an entire chocolate thing, half of the little cookie and most of the apple pie)

We spent most of the day lounging by the pool and beach after doing Insanity, and then came back to shower and get ready for the night.

I rolled out the yoga mat, and when my 20-minute podcast froze on me, I flowed to Michael Buble instead 🙂

After dinner, we listened to a reggae band

and laid in a hammock on the beach 😀

Lurve 🙂

We’re off to bfast, doing Insanity and then going to see if we can take an excursion. We’re either going to rent a kayak or take a tour around the island.

See ya lataaaaa

xoxo,

G$

Something to think:

“Often we don’t even realize who we’re meant to be because we’re so busy trying to live out someone else’s ideas. But other people and their opinions hold no power in defining our destiny.”

Gina! Is your laptop pink??? I love it.

That quote is SO relevant to my life right now! I really thought I was headed in one direction – because that’s what my parents and family and everyone expected of me – but when I took the time to see where I *truly* am, I saw I was on a completely different path! I’m gonna tape that quote to my laptop. Thanks!

Great Pic of you two! That is a very powerful quote! Who doesn’t love “O”?
It is funny when we realize just how controlled we are by what other people think of us or think is best for us. until we realize that voice in our head that stops us from doing what we love….is just a voice and we can over ride it.

    Have a beautiful day!

Not a big fan of Oprah (aaa don’t stone me!) but that is a great quote!! I love how you maintain your healthy lifestyle on vacays! I always tend to indulge too much and exercise too little. I’m a work in progress! ha

Oh my gosh LOVE that quote! We’d all be much happier if we just lived the life we wanted and paid no attention to that of others or trying to fit in some mold.

Gina I read your blog almost everyday and you are so delightful. I love it, you are so inspirational. I have been a pescatarian for almost 3 years and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made in regards to my overall health and it has worked wonders for me inside and out, including my overall attitude. It is so refreshing to read about your food and work out adventures.

Have an amazing time in the Bahamas with your husband!

Hi, Gina! Looks like you’re having fun on vacation. I’ve been meaning to tell you – my husband and I are heading down to The Bahamas on Monday. We’re meeting friends down there and sailing their yacht up to North Carolina. Anyway, reading about your vacation is pumping me up for my trip down there! 🙂
