Sounds like a good day! I just finished baking and am getting ready to go shopping and then have the in-laws over for dinner. We saw Black Swan last weekend, it was really good and crazy intense. Have a great weekend!

I can’t wait to see Black Swan!! Natalie Portman is absolutely amazing and incredibly beautiful. They weren’t showing it in our area all month, but it just opened at one of the 3 theatres here today.

I was craving some Starbucks today but then I took a peek at the nutritional info and it stopped me in my tracks. I’ll have to try your version if the urge strikes again!

I saw Black Swan. It was good. Intense but good. I thought it verged on camp a few times but for sure 3 out of 4 stars. 🙂 The peek into the ballet world was fascinating too!

I wish I knew the name of those pink puffball flowers…I used to have them on my property in Phoenix and in San Diego, I have a whole row of bushes in front of my house with them…they are so colorful.

And the sky…so clear and BLUE!

Enjoy your weekend, Gina. And your 20 chocolates 🙂

Lovin’ Spoonfuls=delicious! Definitely need to make a stop there when I visit Tucson. This blog makes me miss home even more but always makes me smile when I recognize places or just see the word “Tucson.” 😀

Black Swan was a good, dark, and somewhat disturbing movie. That’s what you should expect from that director though. Requierm for a Dream was pretty crazy. Stirs some emotions, for sure. 🙂 Those are beautiful mountain photos.

  19. Dee on December 17, 2010 at 4:21 pm

Happy Friday to you too! 🙂

  20. Megan @ Healthy Hoggin' on December 17, 2010 at 4:28 pm

Black Swan was SO GOOD– disturbing and dark, but good. Natalie Portman is totally going to win for Best Actress! I actually want to see it again!

  21. Lindsay on December 17, 2010 at 4:33 pm

Ahhh you must let me know how The Black Swan is! I’m dying to see it. Unfortunatly I don’t think it is playing in any of the theatres around me. I guess I’ll have to wait until it comes on video 🙁

  24. Jennifer@ Frost Bites on December 17, 2010 at 4:56 pm

I’m officially jealous…I wanna live there too or any warm weather place for that matter. I think we’re gonna see “The Fighter” instead, but I heard Black Swan is good, too.

  25. Angela @ Eat Spin Run Repeat on December 17, 2010 at 4:57 pm

Sounds like a great day Gina! I haven’t seen Black Swan but I’ll be curious to hear how it is. Have a fab (rest of) Friday! 🙂

STUNNING mountains. I’m probably going to Tucson in February for my first time- can’t wait to see the mountain views!
Sbux oats and SunWarrior from home gets me through Pilates instructor training every time, and is totally my go-to when I’m teaching and only have a half hour to eat. Glad you liked your class! (haha I’m such a Pilates geek)

  28. Heather (Heather's Dish) on December 17, 2010 at 5:53 pm

The sad news is I can’t take advantage of your Sun Warrior promotion as I don’t live in the U.S.
The heartening upside is that the UK distributor is also having a promotion – so I’ve got a little vanilla-flavoured consignment waiting for me when I arrive there next week! Am v excited to try it out! x
