Just found your site and I’m pretty excited! I’m assuming most of this workout doesn’t require access to a gym? Thanks!

nope, all you should need for most of the workouts is a pair of dumbbells or something for resistance. the october workout uses a medicine ball, body bar and kettlebell, but you can do the workout with dumbbells only
welcome to the blog- thank you for saying hi!

Has the band-aid arm burner already been posted? It sounds awesome (in the I now need medical attention kind of way)! Gina, I love your blog–I love your workouts (and recipes) and use them all the time!

Thanks for posting this Gina! I loved how everything is organized for your viewers, plus your fitness videos are the best I have ever used (you make every exercise user friendly with enough intimidation to make me feel challenged, but not so much that I feel like I can’t do it) 🙂

Cheers to staying healthy in a fun and realistic way!

Hi Gina, just wondering if you ever do pilates? whats your take on it? Its my personal preference over yoga cause I love the steady burn in my core. Thanks for the calendar

Just found your site and am going to jump right in. I am 50 and just can’t seem to get off the couch after coming home from work each day. I used to be very active but am now in a downward slide. Thanks for your blog.

    Hi there –

Just stumbled upon your website and it looks like just what I’ve been looking for.

I had a baby 5 months ago, and am struggling to get back into shape. Due to budget reasons, we had to cancel gym memberships, so looking for a good workout plan that I can do from home.

I used to be pretty fit pre-baby, but had a trainer and lots of time on my hands. Having a really hard time just getting back into it without the crutch of a trainer.

I see lots of different workouts on your site, but if you could point me in the direction of one that would be a good fit for a new/exhausted/limited time mom, that would be hugely helpful.

    Thanks!
