    Gina,

Can you post the recipe for the tacos you pictured here? –> http://fitnessista.com/?p=5584

I see the ingredients below the meat, but not sure about the proportions or the exact cut of meat (I’ve never cooked a roast) and the rest of it.

    It looks delicious!

i have no idea what the cut of meat was.. just asked the butcher what i should use and asked him to cut a giant piece of organic from the back
then i added beef broth up to 2/3 of the meat and sprinkled it with oregano, sea salt, cumin and pepper
after cooking on low for 10 hrs, i drained the broth, shredded the meat in the slow cooker and added 1 sm can of diced green chilies, a can mexican stewed tomatoes, more cumin, salt and oregano
then i added in broth as needed to make it super moist (but not watery)

I am in Valdosta as well, and I was wondering where you buy your organic meat? Publix is good for just about everything else, but not meat.

i’ll bring it from whole foods in orlando or jax and freeze it, or i get it from publix, the greenwise stuff. they also have organic frozen chicken and shrimp, which i’ll buy. the pilot doesn’t seem to have a prob with it 🙂

    Hi lady,

I am a huge fan of your recipes and I think you should create a recipes page. I always think back to a dish you created (ex: one of your salad beasts, fish recipes, or smoothies) that looked so good then have a hard time searching for it. It would definitely drive up the traffic on your blog too! Just a thought 🙂

    Have a great day,

    Laur

Perhaps I’m a little slow, haha. Or technologically “special” 😉

But say I want to find the recipe for the blueberry-coffee oats you made a few times. How would my challenged self go about doing that?
