Hope you liked your homemade Kombucha, looks interesting and can’t wait to see what you have to say about it!

Cant wait to hear about the homemade kombucha… I haven’t acquired a taste for the bottled stuff yet.. but maybe you’ll convince me to give it another try!

The komby looks good…and I am not the hugest fan but yours looks really tasty.

Even tastier is the pimpin’ out you keep doing to your blog. Everywhere I turn, blogs are getting nicer, slicker, with cooler and more awesome tabs/sections. I am still confused about self-hosting and if I were to do that, could I still use blogspot? WordPress scares me LOL and I know you were a blogspot blogger til you self hosted, are you still a blogspotter? Or how does that all come together? I keep trying to research it and just get myself confused 🙂

Anyway girl, nice job. It looks great, and I have that exact dulse & coconut water in my pantry, and a daily brekkie cookie, too. Continued gratitude on those 🙂 Thanks for showin us how you feast.

      hey girl,
i transferred from blogspot to wordpress. if you use triskele, it’s totally pain free 😀

I focus on all of things I love to have rather than those I choose to avoid.

    yes!

Even though I have a very unique style of eating, I never have a problem altering menu options at restaurants to suit my tastes.

some of the things you have done helped me not feel so (weird)…and alone,…like asking the juice place to put in your protein powder. and im with ya on being super polite but also saying something if it isnt right, like cheese on a salad. i dont want to eat the way i used to. i cant enjoy my food like that and im not going to put certain things in my body just so others arent bothered. but there have been so many nice people that have gone out of there way to learn and make sure that what i order is done how i want.

Love the page on “How I Feast”. I’m with you, its so much better to just eat what you want, when you want, and as healthy girls it ends up being just an undefinable mishmash. I think its natural for us to want to “categorize” things though and you did a great job! Everything looks so delicious too. there are common elements to all healthy diets and I think you are spot on. Off to make a sludge of my own…

The about page is great! A Perfect explanation of how you eat and a great go-to guide for newcomers to your site. Great job!

I read your about page and am wondering– when you have your treat nights and eat things that don’t adhere to your regular eating style, does it ever make you feel ill? My fiance always complains that when he eats junk food (even a little bit) after eating mainly chicken and veggies all the time it makes him feel awful.. I think it’s his guilt, what about you?

    • Fitnessista on September 22, 2009 at 11:39 pm

they totally make me feel ill. but it’s worth it 😀
