A sweet and spicy treat with a hefty dose of nutrients to fight the “ick” season

- 1 1/2 cups orange juice (store bought or homemade)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 large banana
- 2 tablespoons soaked goji berries (soak in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour to rehydrate; drain and add to your smoothie)
- Juice of half a lime
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
- Stevia or extra sweetener (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
