2 tablespoons almond meal (can sub shredded coconut, whole wheat flour or oat flour)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons applesauce

1/8 teaspoon baking powder
sprinkle of cinnamon, small bit of vanilla, Stevia (optional)
