1 serving chocolate plant-based protein powder (I used Onnit but it’s not my fave)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanille
1 banana or 1 cup Thai coconut meat
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Place in the bowl of an ice cream maker and process until creamy. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, no worries, just place in a glass container to freeze for a few hours. You may have to let it defrost a bit before eating.
