An at-home version of a protein-packed vegan smoothie!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana (even better: use frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 1 hour (can also use fresh coconut meat instead)
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein (or any protein powder you like!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Bottoms up!
