Ingredients

  • Sausage patties (I used Applegate farms turkey sausages)
  • 12 whole eggs, cooked to your preference (I did overeasy)
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 3 romaine leaves, torn
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Placed cooked sausage patties in the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Top with cooked eggs.
  3. Next, add your veggies.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Top with avocado slices.
  6. Mix yogurt and sriracha.
  7. Drizzle on top.
