Cable Side Step and Squat
The cable side step and squat works the legs and glutes.
Cable Side Step and Squat Form Cue
Stand perpendicular to the weights with an ankle cuff from a low pulley on your outer leg. Start with feet together, then engage your core and your glutes, and step your outer leg out wide to the side. Sit back into a squat, keeping your knees behind your toes. Engage your glutes to stand and return to start.
