The v-rope pullback is an exercise for your back. Here’s how to do it with proper form.
V-Rope Pullback Form Cue
Attach a v-rope to the high pulley and face the weights. Stand slightly angled away from the machine and grip the v-rope with palms facing down and straight arms. Bend your elbows wide to the the sides until they are at 90 degrees. Slowly return to start.
