    I love chias mixed in with yogurt or oats, or as a chia pudding! yum!

    I would love some chia seeds! I’ve never tried them, but I would love to make a little pudding or thicken up my oats with them.

    I just tried a sample of chia seeds the other day and I AM HOOKED! I would make a pudding! With chocolate and coconut milk!

    I’ve never tried them before, but I’d definitely use them in oatmeal. I just picked up some goji berries today, so I’d make a super-nutrition-packed morning meal to start off my day!

    I use these seeds alllll time and have even been known to hide them in the hubbie’s food (he doesn’t even notice them… I have to tell him they’re in there!) My favorite uses for these super seeds are:

    1) 1 Tbs added to my “savory oats”
    2) 1 Tbs added to my protein shakes and smoothies
    3) Sprinkled on baked goods such as banana bread or pumpkin bread
    4) Averie’s chocolate “pudding”
    5) Plain in water

    I have never had them, but would probably put them in yogurt, oatmeal, museli, and cereal all the time. Dying to try them out!! ๐Ÿ™‚

    I haven’t used them yet, but they are all over the blog world! I think I’d try them in a smoothie first, then maybe with some oats.

    I’ve never tried chia seeds before so the first thing I would do is add them to smoothies, the second thing I would do with them is make pudding. Thanks for the giveaway!

    Ok, so believe it or not, but I’ve NEVER TRIED CHIA SEEDS! I know, right? But after reading all those fantastic health benefits, I’m eager to get my hands on some. All the above suggestions look fantastic, I’m especially eager to try mixing them in with my morning smoothie!

    I actually add them to fruit salads. I have a sweet tooth, and the fruit satisfies me while the chia seeds up my nutritional intake. Today I tried them in a spinach salad with bee pollen, and berries- terrific and tasty!
    By the way, I hope your sweet puppy is feeling better.

    I’ve never tried chia seeds, but I just added them to the “My mix granola” mix that I order today! I’d like to try them in my oats ๐Ÿ™‚
