This year, I’m focusing on getting comfy in my wedding dress! I ordered it a few weeks ago, and knew that I was between sizes, so I ordered down. Now I’ve gotta make it fit!

  13. Sarah on July 6, 2016 at 9:05 am

Super Shape Ups are always a good way to break up the routine and add something different.

  24. Kayla on July 6, 2016 at 9:06 am

    Hi Gina,
I’m excited to see if I can work at least some of the SSU into my marathon training program, which kicks off next Monday! I teach a cardio yoga class twice a week and already do BodyPump twice a week, so I’m trying to figure out how to keep doing those along with my runs…but it’s been like four years since I’ve done SSU/WSU, and it’s time for a little reboot to mix things up. I can’t get rid of the yoga class (and I don’t want to!), so my goal is to do as many of your workouts as possible in place of or in addition to what’s usually on my calendar…AND to make better food choices: less eating out, fewer carbs (esp the bad ones), more water, more protein and more veggies! Thanks for hosting a GREAT giveaway and sure-to-be-great workout program! <3
