In the past my goal has always been to lose weight during the shape ups, but this time it is going to be to get stronger and more fit, regardless of the number on the scale. I think I will have such a better and more successful shape up with this mindset. 🙂

Summe Shape Up!!!! I’m so pumped! My goal (since I’m almost to my third trimester of pregnancy) is to maintain regular workouts and continue gaining weight at a healthy rate for pregnancy. After this baby is born and I’m cleared to do so, it’s back to my regular workouts!

Well my goal doesn’t have much to do with fitness – my goal is to give birth to a happy healthy baby sometime in the next 4 weeks (currently 37 weeks pregnant). I am going to try to eat well and stay as hydrated as possible up until she comes.
