My goal is to get back into my usual workout routine (cardio and strength training) after backpacking in Europe for 3 weeks! The trip was amazing (and I felt like we walked all day) but I haven’t “worked out” like usual in almost a month. I also want to keep up the habit of walking more places because I felt like I ate whatever I wanted during the entire trip and all my clothes still fit because we walked so many miles a day! (I SO miss the croissant, pizza, and gelato lifestyle!!)
My friend just forwarded this to me and I’m looking forward to the challenge! My goal is to lose 10 pounds within the next 4-5 weeks. I run 3 times a week but I want to incorporate some fun workouts and follow a stricter, healthier diet plan.
My goal is to start the journey to get back to my “fighting strength” after having a baby!

My goal for the next 4 weeks is simply to be consistent. I do well for a couple of weeks then fade away. I want to change that.

Forwarded to some good friends in the state of Virginia and also to several women from a weight buddy site I utilize.
Goal: Majorly focus on strength training as an addition to my exercise program. I’m using light ankle weights for various leg lifts to train the muscles that support my knees overall. I’m also going to add in some upper body strength training to work the bi- and tri-cep areas. Oh, and shoulder stretches because they feel soooo good!
