Goal: To finish the program! I really love your Winter and Summer Shape-Ups, but between working, raising a toddler and a husband who travels for business a lot, consistency is my biggest hurdle.

I have struggled with this for a long time, but am looking forward to focusing on me. Hopefully I can build a habit that sticks!

My goals for the next 4 works? i have a few:) Definitely need to increase my water intake. And I would really like to eat more protein and produce and stop snacking on empty carbs when I’m busy or stressed. Graham crackers do not a lunch make! I’m nursing my 3rd baby, and your shape ups have helped me get back in shape after my other two kids. So excited!
I am excited for the Summer Shape Up challenge! I have lost 20 of my 30 pounds and need a little extra accountability for that last push to meet my weight goal and maintain this new healthy eating lifestyle. It will happen! Thank you for your time and dedication to us!
