    I am at the point where I need to gain a bit of weight and I know that strength training is great for gaining healthy weight! So my goal is to strength train 3 times per week and gain about 5 pounds. Great giveaway!

    My goal for summer shape up is to start eating at home on the weekends more! This has been a downfall lately as were moving and just in limbo! So definitely eating at home more, and getting a solid workout in on one weekend day!
