My goal is consistency.
My goal for summer shape up is to start eating at home on the weekends more! This has been a downfall lately as were moving and just in limbo! So definitely eating at home more, and getting a solid workout in on one weekend day!
So excited for SSU. We have a couple of mini trips planned over the next months and the workouts are so portable that it’s great!
We are TTC, so I’m trying to be as healthy as possible, and having something like this is great!
