My goals for the four weeks are the following:
1. Figure out what a more reasonable, healthy diet looks like for me. I just completed a Whole 30 and I’m looking to incorporate what I’ve learned from that into my normal life after Whole 30
2. Become stronger! I’m feeling significant lower back pain so I’m going to focus on strengthening my core!

Super excited about this years SSU! My son just turned a year old and it is time for the extra push to get this body back in shape! <3 My goal over the next 4 weeks is to get my core well on the way to being as strong as it was before giving birth!

The goal for this years SSU is to consistently workout! I am pregnant so I am not trying to overdo it, but I definitely have gotten out the habit of consistent exercise.

For this SSU I want to actually follow the plan in its entirety. Right now I run fairly regularly and I’ve been trying to follow some of the FitGirl meal plans, but I’m starting to get a little burnt out, so looking forward to switching things up!

My goals for the next 4 weeks is to increase my core strength – I start teaching full-time in a month and need to be in shape for standing and bending over to help kiddos all day!

My goal for the next 4 weeks is to lose some body fat and clean up my diet a little bit. I’ve been eating too many sweets and just too much food in general! I want to be in good shape so I can qualify for the Boston Marathon. 🙂 And also to incorporate a little more strength training into my workout routine.

My goal for the Shape Up is to mix up my routine. As a group fitness instructor, it can be easy to get stuck in a rut, and your Shape Ups are always the perfect way to keep things fresh!

My goal is to follow the Shape Up (sometimes I start and then fizzle out) through to the end and at the same time establish a new workout routine. My whole schedule is changing and I need to figure out how to fit in exercise consistently again.

My goal is to improve my eating habits, specifically choosing the salad bar more often at the work cafeteria, and having ice cream less often! And with the ongoing help of PBB, continue finding fun new ways to work out with a ten month old in tow!

My goal for the next 4 weeks is to work on strength training! I have cardio covered since I’m training for a triathlon at the moment, but I know I need to focus more on strength so that I can stay injury free. I love following your quick and straightforward strength workouts.

My goal for the next 4 weeks is CONSISTENCY! I need to make exercise a priority, I always feel better after working out, so I want to focus on working out 4-5 days/week!
