My goal for the next 4 weeks is to stay CONSISTENT. I am great at having the desire to start these programs, but as a lot of people, I lose the excitement. I really want to work on scheduling my work outs, making them as important as any other appointment, and staying consistent. I know this will help me be successful. I’m really excited!!

How exciting! I love your workouts! My goal over the next 4 weeks is to make some time for myself and to be mindful of my sugar and alcohol intake without feeling deprived.
My goal is to continue to be active during a very early first trimester! Not really twlling anyone yet but I took a positive pregnancy test. I’m praying I can carry to term as I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages and a 1.5 yr old. I’m determined to stay active during this pregnancy as much as possible!
