My goal for the next 4 weeks is to cut back on the sugar. My sweet tooth has been raging and I’m going to try and get it under control.

woohoo! my goal is to start losing a bit of weight (have slowly been putting it on over the last few months due to a lot of moving around and not having a normal routine!). i think maybe 5-8 pounds is reasonable.

Hi Gina – thank you for this summer shape-up. It’s just what I needed right now. I just started back at the gym this week since I had both knee’s replaced a little over a year ago and I’m feeling unhappy about how I look and feel. I’ve always been active and I can’t wait to get back into a regular work-out routine and try to get into better shape than I am now. I eat pretty clean, but I do love a glass of wine at dinner – so I’m cutting back on that now while working towards my worst fear – which is wearing a swim suit (shudder). Best of luck to all…. LRM
