    it’s more of an 8 week goal but it’s the crunch time before my wedding: i want to concentrate on clean eating, portion control, and reduction of refined sugar.

    It is winter down here in NZ, so my goal is to use Summer Shape up to get motivated to work out regularly again now that it is chilly outside!

    woohoo! my goal is to start losing a bit of weight (have slowly been putting it on over the last few months due to a lot of moving around and not having a normal routine!). i think maybe 5-8 pounds is reasonable.

    Hi Gina – thank you for this summer shape-up. It’s just what I needed right now. I just started back at the gym this week since I had both knee’s replaced a little over a year ago and I’m feeling unhappy about how I look and feel. I’ve always been active and I can’t wait to get back into a regular work-out routine and try to get into better shape than I am now. I eat pretty clean, but I do love a glass of wine at dinner – so I’m cutting back on that now while working towards my worst fear – which is wearing a swim suit (shudder). Best of luck to all…. LRM

    My goal for the next 4 weeks is to eat more veggies and start a workout routine. I just had baby #2 a couple months ago and need to start getting rid of the weight I put on. Summer shape up is coming up just in time for when I feel good enough to start working out again after recovering from a c-section. Can’t wait!
