    Amazing!!! My main goal for the shape up is simply to stick to it religiously! I know hat consistency is key and that is my goal for the next few weeks! Complete all of the workouts and keep my sugar intake in check! Super excited!

    My goal for the next 4 weeks is to feel strong and healthy going into my final dress fitting at the beginning of August! (Eeeeep!)

    I’m hoping to use SSU as a way to supplement my personal training (2x week) and my training for the Marine Corps 10K at the end of October.

    Chocolate vegan shakeo is my favorite btw! I swear by it!

    I’d like to get back to running and build up my endurance. Since taking a fall and breaking my arm during a run, almost a year ago, ive mostly avoided it. Cardiovascularly it’s hard to get back to that place of easily running 6 miles on any given morning. But i want to get back to it!
