Yay! I’m so excited for the SSU. I look forward to every shape up!! My goals for this shape up is to push myself to become stronger. I want to be able to increase my weight when strength training.

My goal for the next 4 weeks is to return to a regular fitness regime after falling off the wagon the past 6 months due to a breakup. I need to come alive again and maybe lose 10lbs as well.

My goal for the next four weeks is to watch my diet intensely. I am getting married in 3 weeks and started today off with 5 egg white, 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup of oats with cinnamon, chia and get ready for it……0 cal donut seasoning! I am hoping to lose a few lbs and just look over all tighter. I also am staying committed to the gym.

hi gina! my goal for SSU is to do strength circuits 2-3x a week, and lift 1-2x a week, for a total of 4x! SSU is coming at a perfect time because this month i need quick workouts i can do in the morning!! cant wait and thank you so much again for hosting!

My goal is to be consistent & make time for me!
My goal for the shape up is to get back on track with my eats and adding in more strength training. I have a two year old and too often I find myself eating the quickest, not always healthiest meals. I’ve also been drinking more wine than I should! Thanks for doing the shape up, Gina!
