My goals for the next few weeks is to eat cleaner. I’ve realized just how much diet goes into stripping away those last few pesky pounds. It’s easier said than done, and takes pre-planning & intentional time, which is difficult with little ones. But making a plan, setting goals and making your mind up to achieve them~ that is the key to success and seeing results physically.
