I just finished a 30 day “detox” with no sugar, grains, dairy, etc. I’m hoping the summer shape up will help me add these things back into my life in a slower, healthier way than my brain is currently dreaming of!

Hi Gina! Looking forward to having a new plan to follow since my husband switched up to a heavy training plan. I enjoy lifting but need a better balance of cardio (fun cardio) and letting. The giveaway items would just be an added incentive to finish up the 4 weeks! ๐

My goal is to begin getting my body prepared for a pregnancy by working 4-5 times per week ( I’m currently working out 2-3x/ week right now) and get my diet under control. I hope to begin building muscle and lose some weight as well. After 4 years of trying to conceive and the doctors not finding anything wrong, I’m ready to get my body in the best physical, nutritional, and spiritual shape it’s ever been.
