Using this as added incentive to cut down on the alcohol and sugar in my life. your goal of 2x/week for booze fits and I am doing one dessert per week. I have gained 5-10 lbs over the last year despite being good about working out. I want to fit more comfortably in my clothes and this is the jump start to that process.
So excited to get started!!

Just started using Beauty Counter and wondered about that mist. Would love to try! Goals for SSU are just to mix things up and have fun. I’ve been doing SSU and WSU since SSU 2012 after my first daughter was born and they never disappoint! Love at home workouts that make you SWEAT! Yay!
What an AWESOME giveaway! I love the Shape Up every year because the accountability has been so important for me. My goal is to complete all of the workouts and persevere to the end! BIG goal is to see more definition/be more toned at the end of the month.
