I love your shape ups! I’m hoping to get some strength in my legs since I’m going to start training for a half at the end of the month.
My goal is to lose a little fat and gain back some muscle I lost after an injury and a serious illness earlier this year.

Yay! My goal is to up my cardio! I’ve been in a strength mode and need to keep up that cardio too.
My goal for the next four weeks is to eat a bit cleaner. With the death of a close family member this past week, my sugar tooth has been out of control, eating what others have graciously cooked for us so I am hoping to tame it over the next four weeks and eat more veggies.
My goal is to stick with the shape up for the full 4 weeks!
