Losing the baby weight!
My goal for the next 4 weeks is to workout consistently & lower my sugar intake! Can’t wait to see the workouts you planned!

I just entered my second trimester of pregnancy, so my goal is to maintain at least 5 days a week of workouts. I have continued to do strength training plus cardio like jogging, spin, and the stairmill despite having some wicked nausea and being exhausted but I know how healthy it is for me and the baby so I don’t want to stop now! Looking forward to some fresh ideas for work outs through the Summer Shape Up!
My goal is to get back into the swing of working out 4-5 times a week – I have been slacking lately (right around 2-3 times a week), so having a set plan will help with motivation. Thank you for putting it all together again!

I am thrilled about this giveaway! My goal for the next four weeks of SSU is to reduce my sugar intake by cutting all refined sugars out of my diet. I’m also 6 weeks PP, so this is the perfect time to easy back into working out (with lots of modifications :).
My goal for this shape up is to stay consistent and feel great after!
