I’m 10 weeks postpartum and working to slowly get back to where I was pre-baby. My goals are to strength train 2-3 times a week, walk every day, and to clean up my diet. Looking forward to getting the workouts and recipe ideas!
I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant and notice that when I work out all those little pregnancy aches and pains are alleviated. It’s been easy to use the baby as an excuse to nap or lounge around, so my goal is to stay consistent with my workouts the next 4 weeks. Consistency for an ultimate goal of a healthy baby, healthy body, and hopefully for an easier labor.

My goal is to kickstart working out on a regular basis again – I’ve missed regular gym time and am excited to make it habit again!
