I want to get my eating back on track!
My goal is to stick to the workouts AND eating plan!! The workouts aren’t hard for me, but the eating part is a whole different story! It is so hard to get off track with eating in the summer (ie – cookouts, beers, desserts, etc.)
My goal is to get better about working out at home! I finally bought some free weights so hoping Summer Shake Up inspires the structure I need (a plan!) to use them.

I’m in the process of moving and have been eating out a lot and not working out regularly. My goal is to get back into the swing of things, stock my new pantry with healthy items, and figure out how to fit a daily workout around my commute.

My goal is to be consistent with diet and exercise through first trimester fatigue and nausea. And to be kind to myself when I am not.
My goal for this Shape Up is to get back into a regular work out routine! I just completed 6 months of clinicals to finish my Masters in Occupational Therapy which pretty much killed my schedule. I’m ready to get back into it!

My goal is to start getting back in shape after just having had a baby. It is time to clean up my eating and begin exercising again! I forwarded the email to my sister in law!
Sweet!! I was reading along and just had this moment where I was like, I am going to follow this. Like, really follow and not just another challenge where I skim the email or pretend to even pay attention. And then I saw the giveaway and it sealed the deal 😉
My goal is to rein in my nutrition a bit more and get organized as far as food prep & meal planning go. I’ve become a faithful OTF attendee and am loving those results but realize that by throwing meals out the window and eating (and drinking) anything and everything, I’m counter acting a lot of it!!
