Oh my word! That eggnog! I need to try it. There is this brand of eggnog at the Fresh Market that is fabulous and has me hooked. I didn’t think I was an eggnog fan until I tried it. But now I must try the coconut nog.
Question, and I know this is probably a hard one for you because it has been YEARS since you lost the weight you were aiming to lose. But it looks like you eat whatever you want for the most part but you are still in such amazing shape.
Is it all the classes you teach and working out that you do? I dont see you counting calories or anything, so maybe all that exercise just burns off any treats you have? How long did it take for you to lose the initial weight?
hi maria,
thank you so much for reading!
i try to eat clean for the most part, and then i eat whatever for the rest 😉 since having liv, i don’t really have the time to be picky like i used to be, but i’m also not mindlessly snacking like i used to, since i don’t have time.
i’m not teaching for now, but on the days i would teach, i would just eat whatever since i was hungry and using a lot of energy for the classes.
it took me about a year to lose to initial weight. hang in there, keep the positive awesome attitude you already have, and be patient with yourself! i like to see clients take off weight slow and steadily, because then it’s more likely to stay off.
xoxo
Gina! I have to admit I haven’t been on the blog in awhile- I followed your pregnancy and then I got pregnant- my daughter, Gentry is probably 6 months younger than your cutie, which means they’d automatically be BFFs.
Anyways, with all that rambling I just saw the picture of you two and realized how fast our girls are growing up! So sad- but you both look beautiful!
Have a great Thanksgiving!
hi emma! thank you so much for reading 🙂
how cute that our babies are close in age! and you’re right: not babies anymore. they’re KIDS- when did that happen?!
hope you and your fam have a great holiday!
xo
Bella! I know you have a lot of other things to write about but I’ve missed seeing her in your post. Not being able to have a dog in my apartment I think I’m living vicariously through others. ;p
i’m a bit of a holiday bevvie junkie so i need to share this info with you. forget that nog, try califia almond holiday nog (less sugar and the taste is nearly identical to the real thing)!! BUUUUT, keep the so delicious mint chocolate coconut milk…that is super tasty! 🙂
Yum — good looking food! Hope you had a great weekend!
Um….coconut milk eggnog?!?!? I see this in my future!
What kind of cookies are those? They look wonderful! Recipe?

Egg Nog Coconut milk?!! My mind is blown! I’ll have to try that soon. Looks like a fun weekend.
How is that coconut milk nog? I keep seeing it but I still haven’t tried it! Is it as thick as traditional egg nog?

You gotta let us know how that egg nog was! Livi looks so cozy on your walk. 🙂
it’s delicious! a little thin but i love the flavor.. especially with a little bourbon 😉
Where did you find that eggnog? I have been looking all over for an eggnog alternative but I can’t find anything but the regular stuff.
The dogs are adorable!!
