I’ve never commented before and I feel bad that my first comment on your amazing blog is a request but do you think it would be possible to share your kale chip recipe? they look delicious and my broke college student butt can’t afford to shell out 7$ a bag for something that I inhale in one sitting.
Cheers!
You should do a post all about dehydrating! I am getting an excalibur dehydrator soon and i have no idea where to begin, what to make or anything. and some recipes and stuff would be fun! ๐
Silly question but what do you use to make your smoothie/juice drinks? Do you use a juicer or regular ol’ blender? I would love to add these to my regimen!
Hi Ms Fitnessista,I look to yr site daily for yr posts. I am of Indian descent and love yr Indian wednesdays. I have a Jamie Oliver cookbook and he has some delicious indian recipies.
I also use Patak’s vindaloo sauce(hot) and add it to sauteed tomatoes and onions. I then add the veggies or fish to it.
thanks for the daily inspiration!!

Where can I find your Mary’s crack-crackers? Thank you
the mary’s crackers are sold at whole foods or in the health food section of the grocery store.
