I have been starting to feel sick and feeling a bit run down lately. It could be work and teaching a load of classes. Whatever it is I don’t want it turning into a full blown cold. Celestial Seasonings teas always make me feel loads better.

This is the perfect solution to my under the weather day. I woke up this morning with an earache and my neck glands hurting. This has been going on for awhile (on and off) but the doctor says it just has to run its course! Needless to say, I’m at home today drinking lots of tea!

Oh this would be awesome! I am battling a cold of sniffles, runny nose, etc. and I’m also working on relaxing and getting to bed earlier and energizing myself in the mornings because I’m an accountant and this time of year is just awful when you’re sick and over-tired. I would LOVE this package to help get me back to normal (and a little better than normal, too!)

Since I am a full time student, I am usually tired, but lately I’ve been feeling more and more run down and unable to get going some days. Also, my sleep suffers because I can’t fall asleep sometimes. I don’t like taking any pills to aid in sleep, but don’t know what to take otherwise. Tea is my favorite drink and love to drink it when I am not feeling well. Awesome giveaway!

  19. Holly on February 8, 2010 at 3:44 pm

I think you and I are going through the same thing. I have a cold that has worked its way into my chest and in general just a lot of congestion. I am also trying to drink a lot of tea, vitamin C and eat well. Hope you feel well soon!

  20. Gigi on February 8, 2010 at 3:44 pm

My symptom: the top of my mouth itches right before I get a cold. Weird, right? Another symptom is random tea cravings…I just can’t get enough!!

  23. Catherine Sherman on February 8, 2010 at 3:46 pm

Every winter/cold spell it’s the same: I have a terrible headache and scratchy throat. Stuffy nose wouldn’t be bad either except I also have watery eyes! HELP!

  24. Christina on February 8, 2010 at 3:49 pm

MIne is always my throat! always irritated. Great giveaway!!

  25. ashley on February 8, 2010 at 3:51 pm

I’m feeling healthy and want to stay that way! However, just two weeks ago I was sick with a kidney infection. I’m thankful for today’s health!

  27. maris on February 8, 2010 at 3:54 pm

Every winter I get the same sore throat and sinus infection…which leaves me with a horrible headache..! and like a clock it has come once again. The only thing that makes it even worse is that this horrible winter weather that the Northeast just got has made it quite difficult to get around. This hasn’t helped my symptoms as I’ve been stuck in the house for 3 days! so tea would definitely help me with the sinus symptoms and the sore throat.

  28. Marie on February 8, 2010 at 3:56 pm

My symptoms: I need a major pick-me-up and to stay healthy. It seems everyone at school is coughing! A little extra immunity boost in tea form would be great ๐Ÿ™‚

  29. Lauren on February 8, 2010 at 3:59 pm

Hi there! Not sure if this counts as “sick” but I’ve always had some issues with getting my body to relax and sleep when I want it too and some major side effects of that are my constant headaches (often from caffeine withdrawls to supplement my lack of sleep) and I’m constantly struggling with my immune system. No matter how much exercise I get or how healthy the food I eat, it all seems to revolve around my sleep issues. I’ve really heard great things about this company and I’d love to try their natural approach. ESPECIALLY because I start my new job on friday working the AM shift (6am-2pm) at a local children’s shelter and I REALLY want to be on my “A” game for them. Contest or no contest I will certainly be giving “Celestial” a try!

    Thanks for the tip! ๐Ÿ™‚

  30. Liz Cavanaugh on February 8, 2010 at 4:04 pm

Help, I’m feeling run down. I’m the type of girl that is go go go. I like it that way, but sometimes my body feels run down and it seems to always be at the times when I really don’t have time to rest.

  31. Sara @ Activegal on February 8, 2010 at 4:08 pm

  33. Andrea on February 8, 2010 at 4:10 pm

I’m mostly upbeat and feeling good, except I need some help falling asleep! I get too wired up at night, can’t fall asleep, and then spend the next morning tired and craving caffeine :-/ help!

  34. Lisa on February 8, 2010 at 4:13 pm

I’ve been having trouble sleeping. I wake up at about 3am and just can’t get back to sleep again. It’s very frustrating as I’ve always been a sleeping machine. This lack of sleep leaves me felling like a wet rag and I keep missing my morning workout as a result ๐Ÿ™

  35. Laurie on February 8, 2010 at 4:15 pm

I’m exhausted from college volleyball workouts, yet so stressed about them that I can’t sleep!

After Super Bowl Sunday last night I need to detox!!!! I’ve also been having a little problem getting to sleep, so a sleepy time tea would be helpful!

  38. N on February 8, 2010 at 4:21 pm

Overall, I’m feeling pretty good, but I do love tea! I am feeling a little run down just today, so I guess I can count that as a symptom. ๐Ÿ™‚

  39. Jamie on February 8, 2010 at 4:24 pm

Generally i would fall under, “feeling healthy,” but after one bad nights sleep i am definitely feeling rundown. i would love to see if this works!!

  40. Jessica on February 8, 2010 at 4:28 pm

I’m a new mother and “I’m feeling run down” & “My immune system needs a boost” sound like the teas I’d like to try. Do they have one for colicy babies, also???? ๐Ÿ™‚

  41. Sumi on February 8, 2010 at 4:29 pm

Meh. Vomiting (tmi?), lots of pressure against my sinuses, and a itchy nose. Would love the tea!

  42. Jaclyn on February 8, 2010 at 4:32 pm

Actually I think these all sound relevant to me! Have definitely felt good, and waiting to maintain that feeling but also had pbms with sleep, digesting, too much to drink, etc. They all sound beneficial and great! ๐Ÿ˜€

  43. Taylor on February 8, 2010 at 4:36 pm

Right now I’m feeling run down and tired but I think I could DEFINITELY use the detox tea on a Sunday morning after going out! Sound perfect :)!

  44. Stacey on February 8, 2010 at 4:38 pm

What a great giveaway! I’m mourning the fact that my supply of Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride tea is twindling, and there’s no more til next December! So, my first symptom is clearly heartache ๐Ÿ™‚ Hmmm, I think I’m a little bloated from indulging during the weekend, but overall, I’m healthy, thankfully, and want to stay that way. Loving your blog, Gina! Just printed out the work-out you posted today for use tomorrow morning. Thank you!
