I’ve never tried chia seeds but I’m definitely going to (and would LOVE to win)! My mom just found out that she needs more Omega-3’s and she may have to start taking a supplement so I would like to give her some Chia seeds to try first!

I just purchased a small container of them about two weeks ago and have only used them in my hot oats and overnight oats so far. I actually made a breakfast cookie today and forgot to try them in that! But, I plan to get more creative in the future – a 2-pound bag would really help with that ๐Ÿ˜‰

Also, thanks for the information about having to grind up flax seeds to get the nutritional benefits. I’ve been eating them whole. gasp!
